Schmidt standard small pots are available in 0.9, 1.5, 3.5, 6.5, 10, and 20 cuft and can be delivered either portable with wheels or skid mounted.
The 10 and 20 cuft are designed for larger projects and are common in industrial/ blast room operations. Smaller than a bulk system yet larger than the most common 6.5 contractor pot, they can accommodate multiple outlets for increased productivity.
Schmidt bulk blasting systems are designed for the largest projects and maximize the cost savings of volume production. They have up to 4 outlets and feature multi-outlet valve controls that allow each operator independent control of his abrasive media flow. Schmidt standard bulk blasting systems are available in 52, 120 & 160 cuft.

Unlike other systems that mix abrasive and water inside the vessel (wet pot), the AmphiBlast system injects water into the blast stream after the metering valve keeping the pot dry. These systems are designed for use when open-air blasting is prohibited, when it is not possible or is impractical. They can blast and recover spent abrasive, contaminants, and dust at the same time. They can also be used to blast and then vacuum abrasive independently. BRS will never replace open-air blasting for all applications or jobs because of their lower overall productivity, but there are jobs ideally suited for these systems like blasting inside tanks onboard a ship.
The BRS comes in the same sizes as the small- and bulk blasting systems.
