Our main partner is WISTA, which is founded in 1994 and has delivered and commissioned blasting systems for the last decades in already 16 countries on 4 continents. They are the only company in Europe that has been licensed to manufacture blasting systems under the SCHMIDT brand and they manufacture and supply us with the latest innovative and efficient technologies for (shot) blasting and painting. We will visit your premises to assess the current situation and to determine how we can optimize your blasting operations.
Tests will be done with a BlastXpert optimized setup vs. current setup to determine what optimizations are feasible and how much will be gained. Based on measured facts and customer data we provide a clear report about the operational costs of currently used setup vs. our optimized setup and offer you the best solution.
After delivery of the equipment the integration process begins with on-site operations and maintenance training. All related will be guided to ensure successful implementations of the new equipment and working methods.
We will ensure the integration is fully adopted by regular visits. During these visits we will do measurements, observe the working methods, do tests, and randomly check equipment and parts for proper operation and maintenance.
